The Challenge
A leading intergovernmental organization needed to develop a series of Spanish-language eLearning courses. With tight deadlines, the project demanded careful planning, seamless communication, and creative problem-solving to ensure success.
Our Approach
We started with a detailed analysis of the content and the organization's brand guidelines. Within the first week, we:
• Delivered a clear product roadmap outlining key milestones for each module to keep the project on track.
• Created a working prototype featuring several screens for the stakeholders to evaluate the visual design and information flow.
After getting the stakeholders' approval, we incorporated their feedback to refine the remaining modules, ensuring they were both functional and visually engaging.
